Amit is the CEO of Janaki Technology Pvt. Ltd. After completing his Computer Engineering in 2008 from Kathmandu, he actively engaged himself in building tech ecosystems in the country and has been working with the IT Industry in Nepal since the past few years. Driven by the passion to promote tech-entrepreneurship and startups in the country, Amit with his team, undertook many initiatives and projects through Janaki Technology Pvt. Ltd. It is one of the leading VAS Provider and Social Media Product Company in Nepal operating through its arms – Sparrow SMS and Picovico.
Mr. Amit through his company has been significantly involved in regular tech events, developer meetups, hackathons, and workshops. They have always strived to integrate the scattered efforts being made in the tech industry in Nepal from all levels, right from the top policy level to student’s level.
